“ Shug's offers a delightful experience for anyone craving a delicious bagel. The moment you walk in, the cozy, welcoming atmosphere. The bagels are perfectly crispy on the outside and soft and chewy on the inside, with a variety of flavors and toppings to choose from. Whether you're after a classic like the Everything Bagel or something a bit more adventurous like a Jalapeño Cheddar, Shug's has you covered. Their spreads are equally impressive, ranging from classic cream cheese to more unique options, such as smoked salmon or savory hummus. The staff is friendly and eager to make recommendations, adding to the overall positive vibe of the place. For a more substantial meal, they also offer sandwiches!!. ”
“ First time in today! Had a lovely experience with the cashier, he was super helpful and friendly. Let me take my time ordering as I didn't know what the menu looked like. The bagel sandwich was fabulous and fresh! Made perfectly how I ordered it! Super huge sandwich with plenty of meat and toppings. Will be back soon! ”
“ this is a great place when you just wanna grab a bagel or a sandwich I will always suggest ordering online ahead of time ”
“ So fresh! I got the Shug's bagel & a coffee. & fyi they have oat milk here lol. My daughter got a plain bagel with regular cream cheese & orange juice. Service is quick, there's seating outside & inside. We sat inside & enjoyed our quick breakfast before going to the museum. Will definitely be bringing friends here when they are in town:) ”
“ Fantastic bagels for Dallas! We often get the shug but have gotten other bagels and have always enjoyed them. Their bagels have a great density which makes them not too tough or soft. They also have a nice selection of lunch items that I enjoy. If you do go on a weekend, make sure to order ahead and use the online pickup window as there is often a wait. Will continue to dine here. ”
“ Although Shug's is typically an extremely busy place, it is well worth the wait. And... you don't even really have to wait that long as the staff is quick and efficient in taking orders as well as getting orders out. There is an overall feel of hustle and bustle, but there is still places to sit if you need a spot to stop and eat before going on your way. The gluten free bagel is by far one of the best I have ever had! Their coffees do not have flavors you can add to them, so if you are going for coffee be prepared to know that it's black coffee or you can add cream and sugar. ”
“ The hubby loves Shug's he loves the breakfast burrito. I'm more of a bagel girly an everything bagel with some bacon and egg . They offer Cholula packets which takes it to the next level. In my opinion. The rainbow cookies are the best. ”
“ We happened upon this while searching for lunch options on a road trip. So glad we did! It smells great as soon as you walk in the door, and everything looks delicious. Beto was our server and helped us make our choices and check out. He recommended we try the ranch cutlet on jalapeño cheddar. We both loved it! And grabbed some bagels and cream cheese spread to take home. Will definitely be back if we're ever in the area. Thanks for a great experience! ”
“ I stepped out my comfort zone with this one and so glad I did. I built my own omelette with the garlic and herb cream cheese with avocados and cucumber. I was extremely nervous as I haven't ever experienced a savory bagel but so glad I explored it. I truly enjoyed it. They had a range of options for everyone's taste buds for beverages and food. I can't wait to come back to visit and highly recommend this gem. It would be great if they had a drive thru but the wait time was very reasonable and quick. Cute spot to work at although cozy and limited in size Definitely a gem that will stay on my radar ”
“ I'm glad I had the chance to try Shug's Bagels during my visit to Dallas! The line was out the door so I knew it would not disappoint! The Jalapeno Cheddar bagel had jalapeno specks but wasn't spicy at all. The bread itself tasted fresh though. When I split my bagel in half and saw the cream cheese I was in shock with the amount they gave! It was more than enough and very delicious. The cream cheese had a good amount of bacon and scallions (a flavor I have not seen anywhere else so that was cool). The inside was a bit tight, there's some seating indoors and they have a patio seating area. Overall a very cute delicious bagel spot! ”
